Galbraith, Reid M.

Reid Galbraith brings a wealth of experience working alongside his corporate clients to incorporate the goals of senior management to his real estate and hospitality work at Brownstein.

Prior to joining the firm, Reid interned with a public affairs advocacy firm, specializing in legislative and public relations strategy development to ensure that even the most complex public and private projects came to fruition.

During law school, he clerked with a Denver-based national law firm in the government affairs arena, navigating state and local regulatory regimes on behalf of clients. Reid also served as the executive editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.

  • Represented seller in the sale of luxury hotel, spa and golf course in San Antonio, Texas, for $616 M.

  • Represented Mill Creek Residential Trust in connection with the acquisition and development of several multi-family projects in Denver, Colorado. Properties are located in central Denver, RINO, LoHi, DU and Capitol Hill areas.
