Haupt, Joseph C.

Joe Haupt informs his commercial litigation practice with deep research skills and an ability to navigate complicated legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.  He has experience with regulatory investigations involving issues under U.S., English and European law including bribery, fraud and money laundering.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Joe was a term law clerk for federal district court Judge Stephanie M. Rose in in Des Moines, Iowa.  There, he helped manage the civil docket and drafted judicial opinions on matters before the court involving civil rights, commercial disputes, employment law, and other issues. He also worked as a litigation associate for a firm in New York and London, where he worked with the firm’s regulatory litigation group and worked on investigations by both domestic and foreign regulators.

Joe’s admission to practice in New Mexico is pending.
