A seasoned attorney and advocate, Alisa Nave-Worth has spent over a decade at the nexus of politics and government affairs. A Nevada native, Alisa has extensive legal, political and public policy experience in the state, which she brings to bear implementing and advocating legislative strategies before state and local agencies for a wide range of corporate clients. She brings strong relationships with lawmakers and regulators and a reputation for honesty and integrity to her clients.
Alisa offers clients the unique perspective of a seasoned campaign consultant with significant on-the-ground experience who is also an accomplished attorney. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Alisa returned home to Nevada to clerk for then Chief of the Federal District, the Honorable Philip M. Pro. Following her clerkship, Alisa entered politics where she first served as Hillary Clinton’s Southern Nevada political director in the 2007 Nevada Political Caucus. In that capacity, she was directly responsible for building extensive grassroots and political coalitions throughout the state. Ultimately, Alisa built one of the largest political networks in the history of Nevada.
Alisa went on to serve as the executive director for the Nevada Senate Democratic Caucus, developing and executing the political and communications strategy for all Nevada Senate caucus members. As the chief staff member for the Nevada Senate Democratic Caucus, Alisa worked closely with legislators on significant legislation impacting areas of Nevada law including energy regulation, taxation, transportation, financial regulation, gaming and education. In that capacity, Alisa developed and implemented the political strategies to ensure the successful passage of critical legislation. Growing up in Nevada, Alisa’s education in politics began at an early age. Throughout her matriculation she spent every spare moment immersed in internships in the office of United States Senators Harry Reid and Richard Bryan, as well as on numerous federal and gubernatorial races. Through these experiences, Alisa has developed a long history of experience and relationships that she brings to bear in her current practice.
An active philanthropist, Alisa has sat or currently sits on the boards of several regional and national organizations. Among her community efforts, Alisa aided in the development of The Public Policy Leadership Series, a new program for the Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas, to help educate participants on how to develop sound public policy, better understand functions and structure of government in Nevada and its funding sources and mechanisms, and learn best practices in public policy development.
