Background

Jonathan Marvisi brings an ability to quickly grasp and skillfully navigate complex legal issues to his litigation practice. He currently focuses on commercial litigation, generally in the breach of contract, landlord/tenant, water contamination and complex matters in the entertainment and finance space.

A versatile litigator, Jonathan’s practice includes running a case from start to finish, taking depositions, trying cases as a first chair, and extensive motion practice. Jonathan also is currently the Immigration Chair of the Pro Bono Committee, handling a wide array of immigration matters from green card applications to asylum.

Jonathan has a second sense when it comes to settling a matter. He often is one step ahead while zealously representing the interests of his clients. Jonathan is a team player who is enjoys working with his colleagues and his clients to achieve his clients’ desired results.

Jonathan is proficient in Spanish and Farsi.
