Jonathan Marvisi brings an ability to quickly grasp and skillfully navigate complex legal issues to his litigation practice. He currently focuses on commercial litigation, health care, breach of contract in entertainment contexts and finance.
A versatile litigator, Jonathan’s previous experience includes products liability, insurance defense, personal injury and immigration law. He came to the firm from a Los Angeles-based litigation firm, where he performed extensive legal research to help shareholders prepare for depositions, hearings and mediations. He also recently served as second and third chair for more than 50 fact witness and expert depositions in a high-stakes, high-profile products liability case in federal court. While in law school, he clerked for two D.C.-area law firms and served as president of the Entrepreneurship & Law Society and was a member of the Mock Trial Board.
