Jessica Moyeda’s practice focuses on advising companies on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, entity formation and restructuring and general corporate matters. She has represented clients in a variety of industries including health care, media and education.
While in law school, she was a judicial extern for Judge Jesus G. Bernal of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and a general editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
