Justin has experience working on some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in New York and nationally, but also regularly acts as legal counsel to startups and small businesses.
Justin represents landlords and tenants in complex commercial lease negotiations for office, industrial and retail space throughout the country. He assists clients in buying and selling commercial real estate across the United States, including office, multifamily, hotel, retail and industrial properties. Justin also represents both borrowers and lenders with real estate financings, including the structuring and negotiation of mortgage, mezzanine and construction loans.
