Lerner, Justin E.

Experienced transactional attorney. Guided large real estate transactions in one of the nation’s busiest markets. Previously served as in-house counsel for a venture-backed startup.

A gifted negotiator, Justin Lerner helps clients maneuver through complicated commercial real estate deals, corporate transactions and day-to-day business and legal considerations. He has experience working on some of the largest and most complex real estate  transactions in New York and nationally, but also regularly acts as outside general counsel to startups and small businesses. 

Prior to Brownstein, Justin co-founded Lerner Zandi LLP, where he represented clients on various real estate and corporate transactions, including commercial office and retail leases, subleases, joint ventures and licensing agreements. He also has prior experience as a real estate attorney at Fried Frank in New York and later as the director of legal for Domio, a venture-backed startup. While there, he provided counsel and legal guidance to all departments and oversaw the growth of Domio’s real estate portfolio.

Justin is not currently licensed to practice in Colorado.
