Norfleet, Miranda A.

In her transactional real estate practice, Miranda Norfleet counsels clients in connection with a variety of real estate deals, including acquisitions, financing, leasing and dispositions. She helps to deliver legal services in connection with a wide array of asset types, including retail, industrial, multi-family and warehouse, as well as undeveloped land.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Miranda was an associate with the real estate and development department of a Denver firm.  She also worked as a judicial intern with Judge Morris Hoffman of the Denver District Court and as a legal intern with the in-house counsel for a multinational corporation.

  • Counsel to Caesars Entertainment, Inc., in connection with the sale of Harrah’s Reno Hotel & Casino for $41.5 Million to an affiliate of CAI Investments.

  • Counsel to MGM Resorts in its $825 million sale of the Circus Circus Hotel Casino and Festival Grounds to an affiliate of businessman Phil Ruffin.
