Larson, Nicholas J.

With a focus on ground-up development, Nick Larson centers his transactional real estate practice on the interplay between private development and public construction/works contracts. He has extensive experience representing developers, equity investors and institutional lenders in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures.

Nick often partners with the firm’s Corporate Department to handle the real property assets connected to private equity mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.

Nick’s work includes representation of Sterling Ranch Development Company in the ongoing development of the Sterling Ranch master planned community and the recent sale of several hundred residential lots to multiple national homebuilders in a unique, complicated and simultaneously closed transaction. He also represents Vail Resorts in connection with mountain development and retail leasing matters.
