Andrew collaborates with clients on solving big-picture problems and meeting niche business needs in his real estate practice.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Andrew worked as an associate for a Boulder firm representing developers, investors, landlords and tenants and variety of other clients in transactional matters ranging from equity financing for clients in the technology, consumer goods and natural foods industries to construction financing and acquisition due diligence for developers and investors.
