An analytical problem solver, Cecily Sweet brings acute business insight and attention to detail to her corporate practice while always keeping the big picture and primary goals of her clients in mind. Cecily works extensively with entrepreneurs and founders on sell-side deals and private equity buyers in the middle market space throughout a wide range of industries.
She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and general corporate governance matters. Cecily represents clients in consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, health care and consumer services, among other industries.
She is on the steering committee of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and volunteers for the firm’s Committee on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. Prior to joining Brownstein, Cecily was a leadership consultant and associate in-house counsel at Talent Plus, Inc.
