Pandorf, Richard M.

Rick Pandorf focuses his real estate practice on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and borrower-side finance. Rick has represented landlords and tenants in connection with leasing retail and office space; buyers and sellers in connection with all aspects of buying and selling shopping centers, office complexes and residential multi-family complexes, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements and performing due diligence such as title and survey review; and borrowers in connection with obtaining various forms of real estate loans.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Rick was an associate at an AmLaw 200 firm in Ohio and worked as in-house counsel for Phillips Edison & Company, a nationally recognized landlord of grocery-anchored shopping centers, where he managed a portfolio of leasing work that included more than 100 shopping centers.

Rick is not currently licensed to practice in Colorado.

Representative Matters
  • Counsel to landlord in connection with leasing approximately 130,000 square feet of retail space to a large regional company specializing in indoor amusement facilities, which was a backfill to a suddenly vacated anchor space in a large shopping center.

  • Counsel to seller in connection with selling a 385-unit multi-family residential complex. The property sold for approximately $65M.
