Reviglio, Samantha J.

Samantha Reviglio pairs her private practice experience with a talent for legal writing in her intellectual property litigation practice. She worked as a legal professional for two Nevada law firms before earning her law degree in 2016.

While in law school, Samantha externed for the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, earned a CALI award for trial advocacy and was selected as a Public Interest Law Fellowship recipient.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Samantha worked as a litigation associate at Laxalt & Nomura and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Barry L. Breslow of the Second Judicial District Court in Nevada.

Representative Matters
  • Represented Wynn Resorts against Resorts World in trade dress and copyright case involving world famous architectural design for Wynn properties. Case settled following TRO hearing.
