Samuel A. Schwartz represents debtors and creditors in a broad range of business reorganization matters, including Chapter 11 cases, restructurings, workouts, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation.
In the legal arena, Sam’s arsenal includes litigation and trial experience (bench and jury), as well as a stellar appellate record. Sam can handle all aspects of commercial litigation.
Sam joined Brownstein after co-founding his own firm, Schwartz Flansburg. Prior to that, he practiced commercial bankruptcy law at Kirkland & Ellis and White & Case.
