Neal Tomlinson brings more than 20 years of experience and a results-oriented approach to his government relations and administrative law practice. With an emphasis on regulated business licensing and regulatory compliance, Neal regularly represents a variety of clients in matters before local, state and federal government agencies.

His effectiveness in the field of regulatory law is a result of understanding his clients’ business coupled with his advocacy and political strategy experience.

Throughout his career, Neal has taken more than 25 cases to trial in various state and federal courts and tribunals and argued appellate cases before the Supreme Court of Nevada and the U. S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. He also serves as Nevada local counsel to numerous corporate clients and international law firms.

Neal works on both legal and government relations matters, primarily out of the firm’s Las Vegas and Carson City, Nevada offices, as well as on government relations matters in the firm’s Cheyenne, Wyoming office.
