Representative Matters
  • Previously worked as a registered investment advisor for a boutique wealth management firm that exclusively managed 100% ESG portfolios for high net-worth families and small institutions. He helped build and collaborate with coalitions of faith-based groups, NGOs, pension funds, and other activist investors to not only engage large and mid-cap publicly traded companies around a broad array of ESG issues including privacy, human rights, executive pay, climate change, proxy access, board composition, political spending and diversity, but also helped prioritize which companies and campaigns to focus efforts on. This involved filing, negotiating, and representing numerous Exchange Act Rule 14a-8 shareholder proposals to corporate boards.
