Background
Haley Kolosieke helps clients manage their land use projects with extensive research and creative problem-solving. She has successfully permitted a variety of residential, commercial and energy projects and conducts in-depth due diligence research. A dynamic and collaborative communicator, she manages projects and prioritizes maintaining strong working relationships with agency staff and clients as they navigate complex planning and permitting matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Haley was an associate planner at a Santa Barbara-based land use planning and permitting firm and brings over six years of collective experience and strategic thinking to land use matters and development projects.
