Background

Bringing a strategic and thoughtful approach, Lindsey Jacques is a natural resources litigator with significant experience conducting depositions of plaintiff, fact witness and expert witnesses. With a focus on achieving favorable outcomes, she has also successfully handled high-stakes cases including serving as second chair in a commercial litigation jury trial and drafting, arguing, and winning key motions. Lindsey has also led depositions in four different states and with a building reputation as a skilled strategist.

Before joining the firm, Lindsey was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in San Diego, focusing on environmental and toxic tort litigation. While in law school, she was the executive editor then the editor-in-chief of the San Diego International Law Review as well as a teaching assistant focusing on legal writing and research.
