With several years’ experience with intellectual property matters, Anne Scholl supports the firm’s Trademark Practice Group. She has particularly extensive experience with administration of international trademark portfolios.
Specifically, Anne assists clients with protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including prosecution of foreign and domestic trademark matters, copyright protection and assistance with policing unauthorized use of intellectual property. She also assists the Corporate and Business Department with intellectual property due diligence research for mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Anne was a paralegal at a Milwaukee-area firm supporting attorneys working in trademark and copyright, entertainment, advertising and media matters.
