Julie Graham is an independent contractor with the firm. She works with Brownstein's real estate attorneys, supporting multiple sub-fields in transactional real estate law. Her extensive experience includes complex commercial real estate development and finance for multi-property, multi-state transactions as well as performing diligence for purchase and sale transactions involving office, hotel, golf course resorts and shopping center uses.
