Kara Kenfield supports the firm’s Natural Resources, Real Estate, Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments. She provides support to attorneys in areas of research pertaining to special projects, litigation, factual discovery, case information, pleadings, regulations, rules and procedures with the use of her strong organizational skills.
Kara has extensive experience in the title insurance industry. This experience is a valuable asset to the firm in providing title and water rights research. Kara has strong negotiation skills for resolving difficult encumbrances such as lis pendens, judgments, UCC and federal tax liens.
Lastly, Kara provides pro bono support to attorneys as they provide legal services to individuals and organizations. She is also committed to giving back through community volunteerism.
