Lindsley, Nancy

Nancy Lindsley is an intellectual property paralegal with experience in domestic and international trademark management. She works with domestic and foreign counsel on prosecuting trademark applications and managing clients' trademark portfolios.  Her experience includes trademark and copyright matters; trademark searches; preparation of trademark and copyright documents, including filings with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB); electronic filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); and docketing of intellectual property matters.  

In addition, Nancy has experience supporting litigation in both state and federal courts, including complex business litigation and intellectual property infringement litigation. She assists in all aspects of case management, including the preparation of documents, electronic document productions and preparation for trial. During her 30 year career as a paralegal, Nancy has worked in a variety of practice areas and she brings the value of that breadth of knowledge to clients. 

Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked at Watson Rounds, a firm Brownstein merged with September 1, 2015.
