Max has advised federal government agencies on public affairs, branding and media strategies. He served as the chief of staff to the Congressional Advisory Committee on Electronic Commerce, as a media and policy advisor to the Republican National Committee’s 2012 and 2016 national conventions, and as a senior policy advisor to Gov. Jim Gilmore of Virginia.
