Background

Osiris Morel supports Brownstein’s government relations clients by providing comprehensive coverage of federal and state legislative, regulatory and political developments, as well as in-depth research and analysis across a range of policy issue areas. Osiris has helped formulate and execute complex advocacy strategies to advance client interests. Her works covers issues related to cannabis, nutrition and agriculture, criminal justice reform and early childhood education, among others. 

Prior to joining the firm, Osiris worked for the U.S.-Qatar Business Council, where she focused on building bilateral relations and facilitating trade and investment between the United States and Qatar. Osiris is politically active and has gained experience through her support of the Democratic Governors Association and the New Mexico for All Democratic campaign as well as through her work with Electing a Democratic Generation.
