Steven Jung helps clients achieve their personal, family and charitable objectives while minimizing or eliminating estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes. Steve also advises clients regarding the disposition of all of their assets as part of a comprehensive plan. This includes planning for life insurance, designations for IRA’s and other retirement plans, trust benefits and family-owned businesses. Steve plans and implements advanced methods of lifetime giving and wealth preservation. Whether setting up irrevocable life insurance trusts and personal residence trusts or structuring family partnerships and LLC’s, he is adept at creating custom legal solutions that meet his client’s individual needs.
Steve also represents executors, trustees and surviving family members in connection with the post-death administration of trusts and estates from preparation of estate tax returns and post-death trust funding to guiding required probate proceedings. His practice includes assisting trustees and beneficiaries in connection with ongoing trusts, modification of trusts, and other trust and probate matters.
Steve has been active over the years in a number of local and regional civic and nonprofit organizations, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Sansum Diabetes Research Institute.
