Well versed in many aspects of intellectual property law, Craig has deep experience in both patent law and engineering. He offers clients a broad expertise in identification, protection and management of intellectual property assets, licensing intellectual property, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, enforcing intellectual property rights through litigation and providing infringement and patentability opinions.
Craig’s diverse intellectual property practice focuses on assisting clients to develop strategies that enable them to leverage intellectual property assets to achieve prominence in their marketplace. He has worked with a variety of companies from startups to international corporations that span across industries, including some of the world’s largest technology companies, domestic animal product manufacturers, telecommunications providers, financial product developers, cable content providers and broadband companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Craig was a partner at Dorsey & Whitney where he was head of the Denver patent group. Early in his career, Craig practiced as a control systems engineer for Bechtel working on various projects at the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site.
