  • Counsel to Pala Interactive, an online social casino and real money B2B gaming provider, in its multi-year license agreement with JPJ Group, an online gaming operator, to provide access to its proprietary online real money gaming platform.

  • Represented NexusTek Holdings, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary Nexus Technologies, LLC, in the acquisition of substantially all of the business assets of Syndeo Technologies, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation and IT managed services provider.

  • Counsel to Bow River Capital Partners in its acquisition of Control Technology & Solutions L.L.C., a leading energy retrofit company based in St. Louis, Missouri.
