No matter who holds the White House and Congress after the 2024 elections, changes to the tax code are coming. These changes represent not only challenges but opportunities.

In 2025, many of the provisions of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that benefited businesses and individuals will expire. One of the biggest challenges for policymakers in 2025, will be to balance between extending individual and business tax cuts with those individual and business provisions that raise revenue to pay for those tax cuts.

Brownstein’s Tax Policy Group can help you stay informed and develop a strategy for what is on the horizon. Our team understands the politics and policy to help you navigate Tax Armageddon. The time to act is now! For more information contact us at Tax@BHFS.com.
