Employee Resource Groups

It takes all of us to drive change

At Brownstein, our employee resource groups (ERGs) are empowered to provide ongoing support and resources for the issues that matter most to our employees. Through programming and events, our ERGs work in coordination with our ERG partner to support efforts that align with our values and reflect our communities and clients.

We believe that when we bring together different backgrounds and perspectives, we create a stronger team—one that promotes a dynamic, fulfilling and inclusive working experience for all—and helps us deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

It’s a commitment that we put into practice each day. For us, inclusiveness is more than lip service. It’s a firmwide mindset that guides our culture, reflects our core values and makes us better in every possible way. Our firm makes sure that our benefit programs and firmwide policies support all of our employees’ wide-ranging and evolving needs.
