Announcing Our Keynote Speaker for SWIS 2026: Patricia Mulroy
We are thrilled to announce that Patricia Mulroy, president and CEO of Sustainable Strategies, will deliver the keynote address at the Sustainable Water Investment Summit, taking place March 5–6, 2026, at the stunning Terranea Resort.
Patricia Mulroy is a trailblazer in global water policy. With over 25 years of experience, she has guided regions through explosive growth and historic droughts, championing collaborative strategies and innovative solutions. As the former general manager of the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority, Mulroy oversaw water delivery to millions while pioneering approaches that have influenced national and international water policy. Today, as a Senior Fellow for Climate Adaptation and Environmental Policy at UNLV’s Boyd School of Law, Mulroy continues to lead conversations on resilience, sustainability and equity in water management.
