Brownstein Client Conversations: International Hearing Society
Brownstein Podcast Series, June 13, 2018
Alissa Parady, director of government and chapter affairs for the International Hearing Society (IHS), joins Brownstein Policy Director Cate McCanless for a discussion about the IHS’ Fit to Serve campaign. As IHS saw more veterans approaching private practices to address hearing loss, its members worked with Brownstein on a grassroots campaign to adjust a policy limitation that complicated the VA’s ability to provide service. Alissa and Cate discuss the initiative, its success and the tremendous — and ongoing — drive from IHS members to see the campaign through to the finish line.
