The battle to attract businesses to Colorado from other states like California can be fierce. Texas, is one of our biggest competitors. And, while being in a business-friendly state is important, corporate consciousness, quality of life, health, and education are increasingly important considerations.
From abortion to censorship, Texas is doing its best to give Colorado some distinct advantages.
