On July 21, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice filed parallel actions against Ishan Wahi, a former employee of Coinbase Global Inc., along with Ishan Wahi's brother Nikhil Wahi, and their close friend Sameer Ramani, for insider trading.
