In the fall 2020 update, we will provide employment practitioners on “both sides of the v” with updates to highlight the differences between the current state of the federal FLSA and Colorado state wage and hour law, particularly given the recent rulemakings in Colorado, including the COMPS Order #36 which became effective March 16, 2020.
