A leaked, authentic draft majority opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court indicates that the Court is on the verge of overturning abortion rights in the country.
Justice Samuel Alito, in his draft writes, “we hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion…Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak and the decision has damaging consequences.”
