Amalia Sax-Bolder Recognized as one of 40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 by National LGBTQ+ Bar Association

Amalia Sax-Bolder, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Litigation Department, has been recognized by the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association as one of its 2023 40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40. Every year, the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association recognizes LGBTQ+ legal professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality.

Sax-Bolder guides a diverse set of clients in her bankruptcy and restructuring practice. She maintains an active Chapter 11 debtor practice and also represents lenders, purchasers, secured creditors, strategic investors and trustees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, receiverships and foreclosures. She is a skilled litigator and frequently represents clients in adversary proceedings and arbitrations, relief from stay matters and property turnover disputes.

In her pro bono practice, Sax-Bolder is frequently engaged to represent nonprofit organizations in LGBTQ+-related litigation across the country. She also serves as co-chair of the board of directors at The Center on Colfax, the largest LGBTQ+ community center in the Rocky Mountain region. 

Sax-Bolder was recognized at a ceremony during the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s 2023 Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair on July 26.
