Adam Lyons, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Litigation Department, has been appointed to the board of directors of Phamaly Theatre Company, a creative home for theatre artists with disabilities.
In his role, Lyons will provide oversight and guidance, attend productions, occasionally serve as an usher and support community engagement efforts. Lyons—who founded a theatre company in college and has a longtime interest in stage performance—brings both personal and professional experience in disability rights and advocacy.
“I look forward to the opportunity to assist Phamaly with its missions of being a creative home for theater artists with disabilities and upending conventional narratives,” he said.
