Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Ali Metzl, a shareholder in the Denver office, was recognized with a 2018 M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders award. Metzl will receive this national award on Sept. 14 in New York City at the New York Athletic Club.
Renowned globally as a leadership organization for M&A, financing and turnaround professionals, the M&A Advisor created this awards program to promote mentorship and professional development among the emerging leaders in the industry.

A member of Brownstein’s Corporate and Business Department, Metzl specializes in middle market M&A transactions, with an emphasis on the consumer products sector. She represents private equity funds, other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as entrepreneurs and business owners of small startups to large corporations. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, follow-on investments, internal reorganizations, minority investments, debt and equity financings and leveraged buy-outs. Metzl also represents clients in an array of general corporate matters including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, management equity arrangements, employment, intellectual property and diverse commercial arrangements.
