Angela Otto, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Real Estate Department, has been appointed chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section’s Real Property, Hospitality, Timesharing & Common Interest Development Group.
In this leadership role, Otto will oversee the group’s strategic direction, including program development, legal and policy review, and member engagement initiatives.
A longtime contributor to the ABA’s Real Property Section, Otto brings deep experience and enthusiasm to her new position.
“I’m excited to collaborate with fellow attorneys in other markets and discuss emerging trends in hospitality, timesharing and common interest development,” she said.
