Conboy-DePasquale, a member of the firm’s Government Relations Department, crafts strategies to achieve the policy priorities of clients on issues involving financial services, infrastructure, transportation, and labor legislation and regulation. She identifies political developments on Capitol Hill and in regulatory industries and situates stakeholders at critical policy junctures. Fluent in Washington-speak, she crafts advocacy strategies that translate her clients’ interests into the language of policymakers in Congress, the White House and federal agencies.
Cornejo, a member of the firm’s State Government Relations Group, has deep expertise in California’s lawmaking process and experience managing high-pressure projects. He advances the legislative and regulatory priorities of public agencies, businesses, manufacturers, cannabis operators, nonprofits, and energy and transportation companies. Known for his strong subject matter mastery and advocacy, Cornejo works extensively on state budget negotiations, climate emissions reporting, extended producer responsibility, PFAS, cannabis testing, veterans’ issues and intellectual and developmental disabilities services, among other issues.
Sileo, a member of the firm’s State Government Relations Group, is an innovative strategist with over 15 years of experience in government relations, policy and municipal public-sector leadership. He has worked on some of the most critical issues facing local and state governments—including poverty, housing and public health—and excelled in fostering partnerships with government leaders, public agencies and nonprofits in Maryland and nationwide. Sileo leverages his connectivity to executive branch leaders nationwide to help clients engage effectively with mayors, governors and their agency leadership.
