Brownstein Attorneys Recognized on 2026 Southwest Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists
Eric Burris and Reema Nandy, shareholders in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Albuquerque office, have been recognized by Super Lawyers. Burris, office managing partner in Albuquerque, was named to the 2026 Southwest Super Lawyers list, and Nandy was recognized on the 2026 Southwest Rising Stars list. On an annual, state-by-state basis, Super Lawyers uses peer nominations and evaluations alongside third-party research to select its candidates. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
For more than three decades, Burris has represented high-profile clients in the health care, financial services, real estate and other highly regulated industries. He is known for handling contentious matters—product liability, construction/delay claims, employment and labor issues, antitrust claims and class action law suits to name just a few—and has a list of successes to show for it. He was recognized in the general litigation category.
Nandy’s experience in both the public and private sectors makes her a particularly effective commercial litigator. In her practice, she handles a wide variety of complex commercial disputes for clients in federal and state courts. Leveraging her years of experience in both the civil and criminal context, she consistently achieves successful outcomes for clients, whether through settlement negotiations, motions practice or trial. She was recognized in the civil litigation: defense category.
