Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck congratulates Marc Lampkin, managing partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, and member of the Executive Committee, on being named to Lawyers of Color's Fifth Power List, presented with the support of the Diverse Partners Network.
The Power List recognizes the most influential minority attorneys and allies in the nation. Included on the list are general counsel, managing partners and law school deans, as well as legal media and nonprofit leaders.
Lampkin is a veteran Republican lobbyist who brings years of legal, political, legislative and campaign experience to bear for his clients. Every year under his leadership, Brownstein’s D.C. office has grown in size and revenue and currently sits as the second largest advocacy firm in the country. His clients range from small businesses to multinational corporations and span multiple industries. Lampkin’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, education, trade issues and labor law, among others. Clients value the breadth of his network across Washington – and particularly within the current administration – the depth of his knowledge in their respective industries, and his ability to provide strategic direction for complex and challenging policy efforts. He has put his political acumen to work navigating matters from both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue, from the White House to the Capitol and across the Senate to the House and led many high-profile public advocacy campaigns in Washington.
