Shareholder Doug Friednash was interviewed by Vice News about Denver's Initiative 301 which decriminalizes psilocybin commonly found in "magic mushrooms". Voters approved the measure during Tuesday's municipal election.
Doug talked about concerns over the initiative's language barring the state from spending money enforcing criminal penalties for possessing or using psilocybin and what it means for the city's reputation.
