Eric Burris Recognized on 2023 Southwest Super Lawyers List

Eric Burris, office managing partner of the firm’s Albuquerque office, has been named to the 2023 Southwest Super Lawyers list. On an annual, state-by-state basis, Super Lawyers uses peer nominations and evaluations alongside third-party research to select its candidates. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.

For more than three decades, Burris has represented high-profile clients in the health care, financial services, real estate and other highly regulated industries. He is known for handling contentious matters—product liability, construction/delay claims, employment and labor issues, antitrust claims and class action law suits to name just a few—and has a list of successes to show for it. His commercial litigation work involves everything from the simplest alternative dispute resolution procedures, American Arbitration Association claims and administrative hearings and trials, to jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts.
