Frank Schreck Is The International Association Of Gaming Advisors 2015 Honoree

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Frank Schreck will be recognized for his significant contributions to the development and practice of gaming law this month at the International Association of Gaming Advisors’ (IAGA) annual Honors Luncheon.

Schreck will be recognized for his impact on the gaming industry’s success as well as his high standard of professionalism and contributions to the community. His “leadership, vision and dedication have shaped the foundations of gaming in Nevada and beyond and made a deep and lasting impact on the ongoing business of our industry,” according to IAGA President Katie Lever.

“It’s a tremendous feeling to be honored by a group composed of men and women that I respect and look to for inspiration in my work within the gaming industry,” said Schreck. It’s humbling to join Bob Faiss and Bill Boyd, two people I greatly admire, as recipients of this recognition. “I look forward to continuing my work with IAGA’s members as our industry continues to evolve.”

Schreck is the chair of Brownstein’s Gaming Law Group, a shareholder in the Las Vegas office, and one of IAGA's founding members. With nearly 40 years of experience, including serving on the Nevada Gaming Commission, Schreck’s work revolves around licensing matters and all other aspects of regulatory compliance. His clients include many of the premier public and private gaming companies and his national practice involves representing gaming companies in multijurisdictional transactions. His practice also has extended beyond the United States to encompass matters in such foreign jurisdictions as Japan, Macau, Puerto Rico, Spain and Great Britain.

IAGA will honor Schreck at its Honors Luncheon on Tuesday, September 29 at the Sands Convention Center during the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas.
