Sarah Walters, of counsel at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, has been selected to participate in Law360’s 2019 Native American Editorial Advisory Board. As a board member, Sarah will provide feedback on how Law360 can improve its coverage, serve as a potential source to reporters, and offer feedback to section editors about news coverage specific to Native American issues.
Sarah is an experienced liaison between Indian tribes and businesses, facilitating transactions between both parties and advocating on behalf of her clients during contract negotiations and complex deals. She provides counsel on laws, policies, regulations and legislation related to Indian affairs and tribal gaming, and represents clients before Congress and federal agencies.
