Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Tina Axelrad of Game Plan Consulting has partnered with the firm’s Real Estate Department as a part-time land planner consultant, where she will support the firm’s entitlement strategy and navigate land use issues on special projects.
A seasoned professional with 35 years of experience in city planning and land use law, Axelrad has held key leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, including successful tenures as Denver’s zoning administrator and as a principal project manager/principal city planner for Denver’s Community Planning and Development Department for nearly two decades.

Axelrad’s expertise spans zoning administration, legislative analysis and code drafting, city planning and plan implementation, real estate development, and team leadership and management. She has a proven record of zoning expertise, managing complex teams, overseeing significant projects and conducting professional seminars on land use regulations.
Axelrad earned her master of urban planning degree from New York University Wagner School of Public Service and her law degree from New York University School of Law.
