Background
Amy Zhao’s background in brand marketing bolsters her legal practice. She returns to Brownstein after her summer associateship, where she supported the firm’s intellectual property and litigation departments.
During law school, she interned with the Las Vegas Raiders, assisting the in-house legal team with various corporate issues, and later clerked with Legal Aid of Southern Nevada, counseling clients on landlord-tenant and consumer protection matters. She also served as a notes editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, worked a student attorney for the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic, and was president of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Before law school, she worked in brand management, overseeing marketing strategy for nationally recognized consumer packaged goods and technology companies.
