Since beginning his practice in 1997, Arthur Zorio has represented clients in high-stakes business, commercial and intellectual property disputes and transactions. He brings decades of first-chair trial experience, aggressively representing clients in state and federal courts in Nevada, California and jurisdictions across the country. His experience spans complex business and commercial disputes, trademark infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, false designation of origin, reverse trademark infringement, entertainment matters, trade secrets, rights of publicity, patent and copyright infringement, shareholder disputes, usurpation of corporate opportunities, and disputes involving nondisclosure and noncompetition agreements.

Arthur provides advice on protecting intellectual property whether it be registering trademarks at the USPTO, developing appropriate agreements in complex transactions, and other protection and enforcement strategies.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Arthur was a partner at Watson Rounds, a firm Brownstein acquired in 2015. With long-standing family roots in Nevada, he is active in Rotary and enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing and mountaineering.
