With a strong foundation in federal court practice, Ashley Schobert is a dynamic litigator focusing on complex civil trial matters.
Ashley originally joined Brownstein as a summer associate and later a litigation associate, gaining experience in high-stakes disputes involving major casino and cosmetics conglomerates, among others. She rejoined the firm following a prestigious clerkship with the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, where she supported the judiciary in managing a diverse docket of civil and criminal cases.
She was also previously a trial unit extern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Las Vegas, gaining hands-on experience in criminal defense and federal civil rights litigation. Ashley also wrote on economic and social policy topics through her internship at The Brookings Institution.
