Background

A versatile real estate attorney, Elaine Bailey primarily focuses her practice on lender-side finance and hospitality deals. She is known for crafting creative solutions for clients and effectively managing all components of deals and deadlines to move projects to close on time. 

Elaine  has experience with high-dollar real estate financing work for lenders, hotel management agreements, purchase and sale of hotels and resorts, and public finance work. She also assists with general real estate acquisitions and sales. Before Brownstein, Elaine was a law clerk for the Special Olympics.

  • Counsel to Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as to the real estate matters involved with securing a revolving and term credit facility for S&S Fuels.
